If there's enough interest, I've been kicking around the idea of trying to put together a Splicers game on here. I'd be willing to at least GM the first story arc, then maybe had over the reins to someone else, sort of like a kick off before either turning it into a freeplay or rotating GM position.
Anyone interested?

never played a free play, but I love the splicers setting and have wanted to get one going localy, but my player pool is small, and younger and splicers seems to be a bit harder to get them into. If you start one up, i would be more than happy to join in. I even have a character that I started rolling a while back just for fun.

Count me in. I tried at one point to start a splicers game, but it fizzled quickly. I'll have to blow the dust of the ol' book because I haven't touched it in awhile. I haven't played a free play and honestly I don't quite get the concept, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I also don't have a problem GM-ing after your story arc wraps up.

I remember that game, and I'm gonna hold you to that offer. freeplay is what I call it when there's no real GM and everyone leads the story by taking their turn at leading. It sounds chaotic, but it can be alot of fun.

Can't say I'm not not tempted by this. :-) Now... to relearn Palladium's budget-spending rules...
Any recommended PC Type?

Well, I suggest heroic types that would partake in field work, so anything but Scarecrows. I'm going to use my grunt pc, Morgin, so that will cause some conflicts if anyone takes a technojacker. Not that conflicts are always a bad thing.
Thagema, any other suggestions since you're going to handle the reigns too?

If thagema doesn't want to run the game, or wants some help, i wouldn't mind trying to run it or helping out.

La Mishegosserie? I always liked that name. Also, I have myself, and a certain other up for playing a Dreadguard. He's currently taxing the Irony Games Dice Roller in a fury of character generation.

Well, if we use the Great House of the Three Sisters, you could name it that.
As for characters, any combatant is good, even Technojackers, though they aren't readily accepted in almost every place. I'm thinking of creating a pack master, but I may go with something else. I'll let you know.

So, Thegama, anything about the House of three hills in Scotland (Three Sisters ) we should know about?

I'm still trying to find my original write-up on them, though I think it was on my old computer. I looked at the CD I made, but couldn't find anything. Here's what I posted on the Palladium Forums, plus the two closest Great Houses. This would be common knowledge for all characters.
House of the Three Sisters: The Three Sisters is unusual as it, in effect, has three Warlords. The three are sisters and each brings a different aspect and perspective to the house. The main warlord is Celeste, a dreadguard. She is known for her diplomacy and compassion. Next is Lilith, a scarecrow. She represents the colder side of humanity and she speaks for the Librarian. Last is Cynthia, a packmaster. She is logical and refuses to let emotion influence her decisions... except one. She has had a long affair with a technojacker named Kyle Eavesbrook. Because of their relationship, the Three Sisters has allowed a small community of technojackers to be established in the valley within their territory. The house is located in a large mountain range. The mountains they call home surround a high valley lake which is well protected from many of the Machine's forces. In spring and summer, the valley is used for farming and fishing. In fall and winter, the house residents retreat underground as snowfall and cold temperatures prevent most outdoor activity. Even the technojackers have a cavernous shelter for the colder months. The population is around 15,000 not including the small technojacker community which is usually around 25-35 at any one time. The technojackers come and go so much that it's difficult to tell how many are there most of the time. The military is led by Celeste's husband, (name still pending) who is also a dreadguard. About 10 percent of the population is in military service at any one time.
House of Silverlake: Located just south of a large fresh water lake, called Silverlake, House of Silverlake has routed a small river to the house. The population is moderate with about 3500 people. 10 percent of the population is in the Brigade, the house military, battling the Machine and protecting the house. The Warlord is a dreadguard named Victor Spanning.
House of Great Coast: This coastal house is located on the southern tip of a peninsula. The house's location was more forced than by choice as the Machine pushed the settlement further south until they finally found a somewhat safe location. Slightly northeast of the House is a foul swampland called the Fire Marshes. Toxic, flammable gasses exude from beneath the swamp causing sudden fiery bursts to bellow from the swamp waters. Population is around 2300 people with about 12 percent in the Grey Lancers, the House military. The Warlord is a dreadguard named Gerald Lancer.
Between the two above mentioned houses is the Haven Forest. The forest is used by the houses as a meeting point and shelter for travel between the two houses. It's a nature preserve and therefore the Machine will not enter. If no harm comes to the forest or its inhabitants the humans can rest there for a short time in relative safety.
One other note, I plan on making a Biotic. In that way it takes me completely out of making decisions, but I can still play. It's a win-win! I should get the character posted soon... I hope!

This week at work is very hectic, but I'm still planning on having my character posted soon. Between the command physical fitness test, the holiday party (both of which I play a role in) and the usual work and family commitments, it's been tough finding the time to write up a character. Soon, though... very soon.
Where's everyone else at in character creation?
